Uniform Commercial Code |
This is perhaps the most uniform
law among the United States. It regulates the sale of
goods between merchants and by merchants to consumers.
It also regulated other business such as secured
transactions, negotiable instruments, and letters of
credit. It has been adopted in some form by the
